Description

Tuli centers on Daisy, the daughter of a town’s sole manunuli (circumciser). Betrothed to a man whom she has no feelings for, she feels trapped in this relationship and wishes to break free from it. Tradition in this isolated Philippine town dictates that Daisy must succeed her father as the town’s official circumciser.
